Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If a booking is cancelled one week before the shifting date, 50% of the advance amount is refundable.

• Refunds are processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking.

• 40% advance is required for long-distance and intercity relocation bookings.

• 50% advance is required for local and short-notice shifting bookings.

• No refund is issued for cancellations made 1–2 days before the scheduled shifting date.

• Packing material already used or dispatched to the pickup location is non-refundable.
