Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before confirming your shifting booking.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All shifting bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance amount. Confirmations are shared via WhatsApp, SMS or email along with the agreed scope of work.
2. Quotation & Pricing
Quotations are based on the volume of goods, distance, floor level, lift availability and services declared at the time of survey. Any additional goods, services, storage, crating, octroi, toll, state permit or GST are charged extra.
3. Packing & Inventory
Goods packed by the customer are transported on an as-is basis. We recommend that all fragile and high-value items be packed by our trained team. An inventory list is prepared before loading and signed by both parties.
4. Prohibited Items
Cash, jewellery, documents, explosives, inflammable liquids, perishable food and illegal goods must not be handed over for transportation. We accept no responsibility for such items.
5. Delivery Timelines
Estimated pickup and delivery dates are shared in advance. Delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, road blockades, vehicle breakdown or other force majeure events are beyond our control.
6. Transit Risk & Insurance
Goods are moved with utmost care. Transit insurance is optional and available on request at additional cost; without insurance our liability is limited to demonstrable negligence by our team.
7. Payment Terms
The balance payment is due before unloading at the destination unless a written credit arrangement has been agreed. Accepted modes include UPI, bank transfer, cards and cash.
8. Storage
Warehouse storage is charged monthly in advance. Goods may be withheld until all outstanding dues, including storage charges, are cleared.
9. Claims
Any claim for damage or shortage must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery, supported by photographs and the signed inventory list.
10. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
